Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : Austria, Switzerland .

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

3.50€

For orders over €29.99 we offer free national shipping.

Deliveries abroad :

We charge a flat rate for shipping abroad as follows:

Austria: 6.90€
Switzerland: €8.50
From an order value of 29.99 We deliver to Austria free of charge.

Delivery times

For goods designed individually according to customer requirements, the preparation of the proof template takes place within 3-5 working days after conclusion of the contract, the execution of the design work and the delivery of the goods within 7 Working days after approval of the proof (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 3-5 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 3-8 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
